About the Baker

• I’m Hannah! The baker behind Grave Creek Cookie Co. 

• Why Grave Creek? Because that’s the name of our family ranch in Chatfield Tx. 

• We have a sweet little farm boy named Hudson.

• My hubby is a teacher for Rice ISD by day and a rancher as soon as he gets home. So thankful for him and all his hard work. 

• I began this crazy journey in March of 2021 and I never looked back.
